I have a prolapse bladder, not a candidate for surgery or a perserary would benefit from “Pelvic floor physiotherapy”. Been in pain and discomfort for years. Sampada Keluskar (Sam) was very compassionate and understanding. Sam offered advice of out with the old in with the new, deep pelvic breathing to help relax the muscles, talked of proper stretching, and acupuncture. I've been attending GP Pain and Physio for nearly 6 months now.  I have had treatments from both Ravi and Pugazhenthi. They both deliver outstanding care and treatment. They have great "bedside" manners and are always able to provide the pain relief that I need.  As a veteran with too many injuries to list, it is fantastic to find a local office with so many therapy services and skilled practioners. After 4 months post ACL surgery, I’m doing some jumping and really starting to feel like my old self! Couldn’t have done it without Sam and the team at GP Pain and Physio. I have a busy home life and they are always accommodating to my schedule letting me move my appointments if necessary. Sam is super knowledgeable and I look forward to going there to work with her.
